CHAIRMAN – OHIREIME BODUNRIN
Mr. Bodunrin is a US/Nigerian based businessman with vast experience in business and management. He attended the University of Ibadan, where he studied Economics and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree (Hons).
He then left for the United States of America in 1994 where he joined the U.S Army and the National Guard.
In 1996, Mr. Bodunrin joined the management of the Walgreen Company, American leading Pharmaceutical retail store as an Assistant manager and by 1998, rose to the position of store manager, a position he held until 2000. He then moved on to Deutche Bank Alex Brown as a UNIX systems specialist overseeing trades done on the U.S NASDAQ and DOW Jones Americas major stock markets.
In 2001 he joined the management of BT Healthcare services Inc. a well known respected leader in the healthcare sector as Executive vice-president of Baltimore operations. In November of 2002 he started Mofrankal Healthcare Services inc. as President and Chief operating officer, a thriving business which today has offices in the state of Maryland and Virginia, USA.
Mr. Bodunrin is on the board of several other companies such as Zorin Resources Nig LTD, Just-Klik Communications. |

Mr. Oluwaseun Odusanya is a Nigerian based businessman with vast experience in logistics management. He graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Oluwaseun Odusanya worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Kresta Laurel Ltd, Lagos and also as a Site Engineer at Wolsons and Co. Ltd.
Mr. Odusanya has cognate experience in Commodity Trading, Industrial Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain Management. |

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – SOLOMON KADIRI
Mr. Solomon Kadiri graduated from the University of Benin in Nigeria with a second class upper division honors in 1999. He started his career in 2000 with Elf Petroleum in Port Harcourt, Nigeria where he worked as a Corrosion Control Engineer for their field locations. A year later, he moved to Shell Pet. Dev. Company in Warri where he underwent a one year intensive training in Oil and Gas Engineering under their SITP program, run in conjunction with Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. Upon completion of the program in 2002, he joined Schlumberger International as a Wireline Engineer. In this capacity, he worked in both offshore and land locations mainly in the Middle East and Asia region, including Malaysia and Pakistan. In 2007, he managed the biggest Wireline location in Pakistan, generating over 50% of the total Wireline revenue in the country.
Having worked a number of years in a management position, Mr. Solomon Kadiri has a good understanding managing businesses in diverse environments.

Fahanmi Fortune is a graduate of Accountancy with an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University.He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Portfolio & Debt Management Institute (PDMI) and a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He brings to MHS Logistics bear eight years work experience as an Accountant and Admin Personnel Manager from various organizations. His background is in Manufacturing and Information Technology setup. Before joining MHS Logistics, he was the Admin Manager, S & B –Ince Limited.

FLEET OPERATION MANAGER – ADEKUNLE ABON
Adekunle Abon is a graduate of Lagos State polytechnic. He holds HND in Marketing. He also benefited from extensive training and exposure in a multinational company.
He has 4 years experience working with veracity ventures Limited and served as a company’s Operations Manager till 2002 before he joined the service of Dangote Group (Transport Division), Lagos, Kano & Ilorin respectively, where he acquired wealth of experience on Fleet operations precisely 6 years before joining the service of MHS Logistics in December 2008.
